Technical Info & Known Issues:
- Save files from the demo should largely be compatible with the full release, but minor bugs may arise. The save files need to be transfered manually. They can be found in the directory "game\saves" within the Resident Lover folder. The save files from the demo may visually appear too large in the save and load menus. This is just a visual issue and will be fixed when overwritten.
- Recording or streaming the game in fullscreen may result in the video output freezing. Record and stream from window mode if this happens.

I don't usually comment, but I felt the need to do so here, so forgive my bad English. I was surprised in a good way by the extremely good quality of this game. I played all the routes and I have to say, each route in this game has a unique story that fits with the general story that takes place there. The characters are very well written and it's easy to like all of them (even Mia). I was shocked at how good Miranda's route is, just great and it's by far my favorite route because of its depth. Congratulations to the entire team for making this great game and giving us the opportunity to play it. By the way, I have a question, does collecting all the secrets unlock any extra content or is it just for understanding the story?

I stumbled upon the game bc someone created a bot for this Cassandra and omg, God bless the creators of this game!! For now i've only played Donna's route, but she's so cute, the art and music are beautiful, and i love the story and how it's written.Absolutely amazing job

i just love this game so much. I really enjoyed the characters, especially Bela. I had so many options with her and I played so many times. It was extremely fun . You guys did an excellent job with soundtrack, art and storyline. I hope u keep this good work and we receive a att in the future.
I like this game so much and I can't wait to get more endings! Only thing I am curious about is if there could be an option that says all the endings the player's gotten so far. Besides that, pretty solid game with good art and storyline!
Hi ! Love it ! It's very great, the art is gorgeous and the character are spot on ! But i hope isn't too much to ask, that one day, Henseiberg would be one of the character too. It would be so great, to have everyone include !
I adore this game. The art is gorgeous, the characterization is spot-on for what we get from the characters in RE Village proper (Angie in particular is flawless) and the writing is very good. The only suggestion I have is to include an option to change your pronouns, as I'd really like to have my character referred to as she/her as opposed to they/them since that's more immersive for me, personally, but that's nothing that takes away from the game, either. I have no complaints here, finding out this game existed made me feel like Christmas came early this year. Thank you for developing this.
I love this game I've gotten through Belladonna and Alcina's routes so far and it's gorgeous from the visuals to even the music. I love Alcina's route partly because of the music!!! If only I could speak to Mia more I love Mia to death I fear
Truly outstanding. It is amazing how you play with my emotion and reaction towards the characters in each different route. While it is funny to me that you use resident evil villains as romance option, I still think that the plot itself is what keep me hooked. Every route is unique and have a great ending, but I gotta say Donna is my favorite by a mile (she's just too cute!). I really love every second of me playing it. Hope you for the best in your future projects, I certainly would be excited for it!

I already had an Alcina obsession but IVE GAINED 2 MORE FOR DONNA AND MIRANDA <33 I absolutely love this game and want to explore more romance routes with everyone and replay my 3 mains to see all the content written. (cassandra is absolutely unhinged and funny af)

God I got Cassie´s cult ending in my first route and I was just sitting there in disbelief at what just happened. But somehow she is still my fave with Donna and Bela? Maybe it´s because I´m a tired theatre gay with a coffee problem and she hit too close to home lol. Also she´s pure comedy when you meet her in any other route.
Oh and I don´t know shit bout RE but I am so very sapphic and saw pretty art and women. Was worth every second of my playthrough. ALSO THE LOOP LORE BRO I THOUGHT AT FIRST IT WAS GOING TO BE A MORE OR LESS CAREFREE ROMANCE GAME DAMN
how do you get that ending i got the lovers ending with her???
You choose to ignore (Not tell Cass or confront them alone) the shadows/stans when the play is about to start (I haven´t played in a while bc of life stuff and don´t know the exact words/choice) and shit goes down
Also, there is a guide on the creator´s Tumblr where they show all the possible endings and how to get them (If you want to check that out for a better explanation than my weird sleep deprived ramblings) but I just decided to fuck around and try stuff out lol

I also can't believe this has been a thing for apparently over a year and I'm only learning about it now??
Anyway, I just started (stubborn Mirandamancer here, your warnings cannot stop me because I cannot read. wish me luck 😞), but I'm already loving it so much! I'm impressed with the art and the general layout of the game. When I learnt about a fan made dating sim, I wasn't expecting much, but the quality is top notch. I'm honestly amazed.
I have only one issue so far. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere to select my pronouns? My pronouns are She/Her but my MC keeps getting misgendered as They/Them. But other than that 10/10 game.
Thank you! There isn't a setting to change pronouns in the game. We used they/them to keep it more open to different players, but in future games, we will likely include some customisation on that front.
This was amazing from start to finish. All the routes are amazing, the writing is stellar, the art utterly beautiful, and you can feel the love in every single part of this game. Thank you so much to the team, your work is excellent and deeply appreciated!
I really don't have my way with words, but I just wanted to thank the entire team for making this Visual Novel. I play games from this style since 2017, when Doki Doki Literature Club introduced me to VNs and I fell this rabbit hole that I don't want to get out, especially the romance ones, given that's my huge soft spot. Life never was the best for me, being a 19 year-old dude with extreme anxiety and almost zero social skills, but I've always found comfort on games like this, like yours, that are made with such care and dedication are one of the things that always makes me happy and better, no matter my mood. It gives me a much needed break from the problems of life.
When I started playing, I couldn't stop myself for quite a while. Donna was my beloved and favorite since the original RE Village, and here wasn't different. She's just so cute and precious, and honestly makes me go all "I will wage war against the entire world just to protect you". The writing is just on another level, and that's just on Donna's route! Her route is the only one I player until now, but I'm really excited to see what awaits me during other routes, because I know it will be good. Also, the art on this... from all VNs I ever played, this takes the medal of the ones with the best art. Everyone's designs are so unique and the way they drawn are so well done.
Again, thank you all for making this. It has earned a more than deserved spot on my top 3 Visual Novels and I'm excited to see what else it has in the game and what else you guys may do in the future. Always keep with the good work.
Now, just to finish, a question that I have... I know I should just play and see for myself, but as I said I'm very anxious so I'll ask here instead. Miranda's route... how exactly do I start it? I know I have to become her new assistant and all, but how I do that? I didn't had the chance to even consider her offer while playing Donna's route, so I'm wondering if I did something wrong or you just can't accept her offer on Donna's route.

Ok I created an account JUST FOR THIS! I have not yet finished the entire game but I have one route left before I try out Miranda’s, Angie’s.
Wow, I’m obsessed with this game. And I’ll explain why.
- character design. Everyone in this game is absolutely attractive, adorable, and the facial expressions give me LIFE! I love that the artist pays special attention to how they draw the eyes to portray emotion. I think Bela was my favorite with this.
- the DIALOGUE IS AWESOME. I can tell a lot of love and thought went into what each character said and did. I think so far Donna has the best dialogue, Cassandra a close second. That’s subject to change as I get close to finishing the game
- story. I’m not gonna go into detail cuz I’m preventing spoilers, but this takes you for a ride! For every route there’s underlying secrets pointing towards the main plot behind the route you’re in. And yet the story of each character’s route don’t get overshadowed by it, each one captivating you to their story
- BACKGROUND CHARACTERS! I oddly like each background character that appears, though I will say Finch might be my favorite 🤩 the game lovingly highlights who contributed to the game not just in end credits by the characters that push the plot along. Even the main cast can be excellent background characters when needed.
Anyways, I might be in love with this version of Cassandra. But this game NEEDS MORE RECOGNITION! Thank you guys so much for making this, it’s really a great! Anytime I finished a route it was so satisfying but also left me wanting MORE!
ALSO can’t leave out the humor. The subtle tagline of a character saying the name of the game made me squeal in laughter, but a LOT of the dialogue in here made me LMAO
This is a really cute fangame :3 This game has really nice and cute artworks and i loved the art style :3 There were some really nice and unexpected surprises in the story. The one thing that i personal wished that some of the characters acted a little bit more like thier RE Village counterpart. I understand that the characters need to change to fit into your story,setting, your vision and interpretation but i try my best to describe what i mean. If i take Bela from Village and change her hair, makeup, clothes, body size and so on i would still recognize her because of the way she acts, speaks, her body language, her character. But besides the name and hair colour, the Bela in the fangame feels for me to much like a complete new and different character. But that's just how i feel. This game is really cute and i have a lot of respect for the work you all put into this game :3

I finished Bela, Cassandra, Angie, and Donna's routes so far, in that order, and I must say that I'm loving this game. I've never played any Resident Evil games, so I don't know if this was much of a shock to anyone else, but I expected Cassandra and Donna to be far less sweet than they were. That being said, Cassandra and Donna's routes are my favorites. I can't wait to try Miranda's route, but yeah, you guys did an amazing job!

when i try and open the file on desktop is says i have to turn on chrome os developer mode any ideas on how i’m supposed to do that?
Afaik you need to hold down ESC & the refresh button while you boot up your laptop, but I'm surprised it's asking for developer mode. Maybe it already works if you start the game with administrator rights and disable your malware defender or whitelist the game in it. But I don't have a lot of experience with Chrome OS.
Can someone give me a hint on how I get mother mirandas bad ending (not spoiler everything just the stuff I need todo to have the bad ending) love the choices and how the mc is relatable!

Love this game! The graphics are so beautiful, and the story is really well-crafted. My favorite routes so far are Bela, Miranda, and Daniela. Cassandra was originally in the top three, but her bad ending scared the shit out of me. Good job. Bela is best, I guess I'm into mean girls. Also, Miranda reminds me of Monica from DDLC. She’s so adorable, I like her. and Daniela is a cutie pie <3
and now I've completed angie's route too.she give me the actual college love vibe so that's great lol
